WELCOME TO SHEPPERTON PRE-SCHOOL
We aim to provide caring and supportive care and early education in a warm, friendly, stimulating, inclusive and secure environment.
Shepperton Pre-School operates as a charity and was set up in 1967. Over the years we have grown and developed into a modern, vibrant and successful pre-school where the needs of each individual child are our paramount concern.
We admit children from around 2 years 7 months, depending on where their birthday falls within the academic year, until they leave for school, on a sessional or full day basis.
We are open Monday to Thursday between 9am-12pm and 12pm-3pm, and Friday between 9am-12pm. We follow the pattern of the school year for 3 terms, 38 weeks of the year. Full day sessions are available from 9am-3pm with children bringing a packed lunch. The children have access to our large gardens all year round for outside play.
We are located in the park at the bottom of Glebeland Gardens, just off Shepperton High Street. You will find us to the left of the swings. The Greeno Centre is opposite and parking is available.
It is a good idea, if possible, to come and view the setting before enrolling as many settings offer excellent care, but it is important to find the one that reflects your own ethos and beliefs. This makes for a better start to the partnership between parent, child and setting. Please call or send us a message to make an appointment to come and visit. In the meantime you can get a feel for the pre-school and our facilities in the video below.

What our parents say about us…
My son has been at Shepperton pre school for 2 years, Sarah and the pink ladies have provided an exceptional level of care for my son and his peers. Kind, loving, nurturing, supportive all the amazing things a kid needs to excel in their first steps towards education. I could never thank them enough for all they’ve done, a brilliant setting, colourful and vibrant and SAFE! We will miss everyone so much!!!
Shepperton preschool is such a special place. My twin boys have had the most amazing, enjoyable start. From the first day until the last they have enjoyed everything about it. Sarah & all the pink ladies are the most kind, caring, nurturing, fun group of ladies you could have looking after your children. They take the time to know each individual child & make every child feel important. You can see they love what they do & helped me so much as I struggled with my boys starting. I can honestly say it was the best decision. My boys are thriving and SPS has been a part of that. I feel so very lucky! They have made the best friends & we will miss all the pink ladies. SPS will always have a special place in our hearts & we leave with great memories full of fun & kindness x
Both of our boys have attended SPS and our main thought on day one and ever since has been, “this place is special”! We couldn’t be more thankful for the fun, caring, attentive, creative and exciting environment that Sarah and the team create. We feel so reassured that our children are cared for and understood. Every employee is a credit to the Pre School and their contribution to the community is excellent. The facilities, creative use of space, the fun routines and the activities planned are all so well designed for the benefit of the children and parents are part of their child’s journey and truly listened to at every stage. Thank you for what you do!
